Your agency holds supervisions every 8 weeks.

The supervision date follows your policy. It is worked out from the last supervision you recorded and how often you set them on the Supervisions tab. Change the policy or record a supervision, and every staff member's date updates straight away.
Senior staff see the spot checks you assign them, with the date they should be done by.
Nobody is told when they will be spot checked. Spot checks are meant to be unannounced, so the person being observed never sees a date.
When accounts go live, staff also get a reminder before their supervision is due.
