01How to complain
Email hello@checkedandready.com with the word Complaint in the subject. Please include:
- your name and your agency’s name
- what happened, and when
- what you would like us to do to put it right
02What happens next
- Within 2 working days, we confirm we have your complaint and tell you who is dealing with it.
- Within 10 working days, we send you a full reply, with what we found and what we will do.
- If it takes longer, for example because we need to investigate, we tell you why and when you will hear from us.
03If you are not happy with our reply
Reply to our response and ask for it to be reviewed. The founder will look at it personally and reply within 10 working days.
04Complaints about your data
If your complaint is about how we handle personal information and you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. If you are a member of care staff and your concern is about your agency’s records, please speak to your agency first.
05How we learn from complaints
We keep a record of every complaint and what we changed because of it. Complaints are one of the most useful ways we find out what to fix.
