What happens when the free trial ends?
We remind you before it ends. Choose a plan to carry on, or export your records and leave. We never charge you without asking.
What if our team grows past our plan?
Nothing stops working. We let you know and move you to the next plan from your next bill. If your team gets smaller, you can move down too.
Who counts as a member of staff?
Anyone whose training you track. People who have left do not count, and their records are kept for you.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on yearly plans. Monthly plans are paid by card.
What is the founding agency offer?
Agencies that join during our founding period get 30% off their plan for the first 12 months. After that you pay the normal price shown here, and we will always tell you well before any change.
