The Checked and Ready name, logo, website, software, designs, text and course catalogue are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

The records your agency puts into Checked and Ready, including staff details and certificates, belong to your agency. Using our service does not give us ownership of them. Our terms of service explain how we may use them to provide the service.

Without our written permission, you must not:

• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy content from our website or app
• copy our course catalogue, designs or text for another product or service
• use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you

Search engines indexing our public pages in the normal way is welcome.

Names such as the SSSC, Care Inspectorate, Care Quality Commission, Social Care Wales and NISCC belong to those organisations. We use them only to describe the rules our service supports. Checked and Ready is independent and is not endorsed by any regulator.

If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve Checked and Ready without owing you anything. We are always grateful for them.
